Cancellation Policy
The cancellation terms below are also included in our full Terms and Conditions.
- Written notice of ten (10) days prior to your billing date must be given to cancel automatic payments for any membership type.
- It is your responsibility to give us written notice 10 days in advance. There will be no refund once a payment has been charged to your card.
- We do not give refunds if you do not use your membership, nor can you pause or carry over a membership to the next month if you missed a class. There are no exceptions.
- All class pack purchases are non-refundable. No exceptions.
- Memberships fifteen (15) days past due will be cancelled.
- We reserve the right to cancel anyone's membership at any time for any reason. We will refund you the remainder of any paid time period.
To cancel your membership, submit written notice to your home location at least 10 days before your billing date.
