About...
Sean has spent the better half of the last decade involved in the CrossFit community, starting his journey in 2010. Aside from being a multi-sport athlete his entire life, he has also been an avid fitness enthusiast and fell in love with CrossFit from the get go. As Sean would tell you, “any form of exercising is better than nothing. However, if you truly want to become the fittest/healthiest version of yourself no matter where you’re at now with your fitness level, age, weight, gender, or ability then CrossFit is for you.” Being involved for as long as he has, Sean has seen the great strides that CrossFit has over the past 10 years. He’s passionate about making sure that members are working out with a purpose, while doing it the right way. To him, those 2 factors are far more important than just breaking a sweat. Above all, Sean loves being a student of CrossFit and it’s methods just as much as he loves to teach others!
